Chad
Minor brings over 11 years of public and private sector planning
experience to LANDgevity. Chad held Senior Land Development Planner
and Senior Economic Development Specialist positions with the City
of Lakewood, Colorado’s fourth largest City for over 7 years
before coming to Florida to continue his planning career in the
private sector. His tenure at the City allowed Chad to take on a
multitude of diverse land planning cases that included lead planner
for the Belmar Redevelopment project that transformed a declining
indoor shopping mall situated on 100 acres into the City’s
new “downtown” that has been the |

entertainment,
employment and major economic development generator for the community.
In 2004, Chad had an opportunity to come on board with the Urban
Resource Group, a division of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. to
assist with planning projects that were brought on by the tremendous
growth that Florida was experiencing at the time. Moving his family
from Colorado to Florida has benefited Chad by allowing for opportunities
to work on a diverse range of land planning and development projects
ranging from 100 acre mixed use centers to 8,000 acre planned communities.
Chad
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning from Northern
Arizona University and has obtained American Institute of Certified
Planners (AICP) and LEED Green Associate certifications. He also
is Vice-Chair of the Sarasota-Manatee sub-section of the Florida
American Planning Association and is a graduate of the University
of Georgia’s Fanning Leadership Institute.
Chad
enjoys spending time with his wife and his two young boys and maintains
a strong faith and commitment to family values. Though Chad did
not quite fulfill his childhood aspirations of becoming third baseman
for the St. Louis Cardinals, he continues pursue his passion for
the game by playing in the Manatee County Adult Baseball League.

Steve
Visnovske brings 6+ years of progressive planning and project management
experience to LANDgevity. He has held urban planner and project
manager positions with Urban Resource Group (URG), a division of
Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., which enabled him to work on a
diverse range of projects, from a 20-acre mobile home subdivision
to a 3,000-acre planned-unit-development (PUD). At URG Steve was
also responsible for countless Comprehensive Plan Map Amendments,
Re-zonings, Evaluation and Appraisal Reports, Text Amendments, Conceptual
Site Plan Approvals, and Multi-disciplinary Project Management.

Steve’s
management of a four-parcel development agreement, in which he secured
all of the water, sewer, and transportation rights for a project
encompassing over 4,000 residential units, 1 million+ commercial/office
space, 350,000 sq.ft. convention center, and a 15.5 acre water park
in Central Florida, was unprecedented in the municipality it was
secured.
In October of 2007, Steve left
his position at URG to pursue an opportunity with Resorts Development
Group, Inc. and Resorts Construction, LLC, a Real Estate Development
and General Contracting/Construction Company. As a Senior Project
Manager at Resorts, Steve managed nearly all horizontal and vertical
aspects for the development of a $600 million land portfolio with
an estimated construction budget of nearly $1 billion, including
the implementation of several energy-efficient and water conservation
techniques to satisfy client, customer, and municipality desires.
Steve
holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Community & Regional
Planning from Missouri State University and has obtained Certified
Associated in Project Management (CAPM) and LEED Green Associate
certifications. He also is an active member of the Urban Land Institute,
Project Management Institute, American Planning Association, and
Florida Green Building Coalition.
Steve currently resides in Windermere, Florida and when he’s
not working enjoys golfing, watching football, and cooking.
